This project introduces New Zealand’s first “Campervan Hotel”—a hybrid of hotel-standard accommodation and the freedom of caravan living—set on a prime coastal site in Oamaru, South Island. The goal is to meet the growing demand for immersive, experience-led travel while creating a business model that is easily replicable across New Zealand.
