SUNSHINE HOUSING

On a narrow section of 607m² with a mere 12m width, our architect has carefully crafted four architectural townhouses, full of unique ideas and thoughtful details. The four units are divided in two buildings separated by a garden in the middle. All units have a side garden with plenty of sunshine, avoiding the formation of a very long and narrow building. The architectural form is simplistic and modern making the building easy to maintain. The interior layout is smart and practical, creating three bedrooms and two bathrooms in less than 120m²area with a perfect balance of functionality and efficiency.
