This is an old house on a land of 700m². The house is old and located in the middle of the lot. For this project, we didn't think it was necessary to keep the old house.
So we demolished the old house and built two houses. Each house has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is designed with ample storage space, each tenant have their own cupboard and refrigerator. The room is configured according to the hotel standard, and a specially designed writing desk with a bookcase. Rent room by room, the rental income is so high. When completed in 2011, the rental yield was 10.5%
